Reputation

In business, your reputation is the single element that establishes trust with your clientele. Reputation is established by 3 factors:

            1.     A high-quality product or service.

            2.     Superior service, instant where possible.

            3.     Fair and reasonable pricing (not the same as cheapest).

These 3 factors are the foundation of any business. It is prudent to review them, by physical inspection, routinely, to make sure they are always maintained to the highest levels possible.
